Wayne Schooling has been in the transportation business since 1962. Starting out as a driver, Wayne later made the switch to management. Over the years, he has accumulated 22 various awards and honors, been involved with 6 professional affiliations, has spoken at several lectures, and earned 3 professional diplomas. Wayne is currently President Emeritus of the NorthAmerican Transportation Association (NTA).

Western Regional Safety Manager. A staff Member of the Safety, Policy & Insurance Committee. In charge of the Western Region. Provide safety advice and consultation on DOT, CHP & OSHA Safety Regulations, Drug Testing, Human Resources to the general membership.
1995 -1996 California Trucking Association
A Staff Member of the Safety, Policy & Membership Committees. Answered all technical State and Federal questions on Safety Regulations, Drug Testing and Hazardous Materials from the general membership of Southern California.
1988 -1995 California Cartage Co.
Safety Director. Reported to the President and oversaw the establishment and implementation of safety standards for four trucking divisions. Achieved and maintained the highest safety ratings issued by State and Federal agencies. Managed a staff of 10.
1985 -1988 California Cartage Co.
Corporate Office Manager. Responsible for daily operations of corporate headquarters, including control of receivables and collections for all divisions. Directed a staff of 30.
